  1. 2 chicken livers, cut to flavor
  2. 2 chicken gizzard, lower to taste
  3. 75 gr tofu, cut length
  4. 1 tomato, cut lengthwise
  5. 2 green chilies, sliced diagonally
  6. 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  7. to flavor Sugar and salt
  8. GROUND SPICES
  9. 2 cloves garlic
  10. 3 little red onions
  11. 7 cayenne pepper peppers

  1. Stir-fry spices until fragrant.

  2. Add the roasted chicken liver and gizzard, cook until baked (add a little water to support the cooking process).

  3. Add tofu, tomatoes, golf course chillies and coriander powder. Cook right up until chili is wilted.

  4. Shortly before finishing, set sugar and salt. Then stir and simmer briefly.
