  1. one lb ground meat
  2. 1 Or even –
  3. 12 oz vegetarian crumbles
  4. one onion, diced
  5. 1 tbsp sugars
  6. 1 tsp oregano
  7. 1 tsp chili powder
  8. 0.5 tsp salt
  9. 1/2 tsp oatmeal seed
  10. 1/4 tsp pepper
  11. 1 may 46 ounces — vegetable juice
  12. 2 mug water
  13. 0.5 cup uncooked shoulder macaroni

Recipes Goulash

  1. In large pot, brown hamburger or vegetarian crumbles and onion. Drain, if necessary.

  2. Add remaining and bring to a boil. Simmer until moisture is mostly absorbed, about 30-40 minutes.
