Recipes Yellowfin Ahi Tuna With Asparagus Sauce

  1. 3 every Thick cut yellowfin ahi tuna (approximately 1/2 lbs) leave away for at least 1/2 hour at room heat before searing.
  2. Asparagus sauce
  3. 1 bunch Asparagus comes trimmed
  4. 2 clove Minced garlic
  5. 1/2 each Fruit juice of lemon
  6. 1 Few parsley stems removed

Recipes Yellowfin Ahi Tuna With Asparagus Sauce

  1. Lightly steam asparagus until tender. If you don’t have a steamer, you can do so stove top by following my step by step guide listed in my recipes.

  2. Combine parsley, asparagus, garlic and lemon juice in blender.

  3. Blend until desired consistency.

  4. In the meantime, sear the ahi tuna approximately 2 minutes on each side. Then drizzle with asparagus sauce. Garnish with lemon twists and parsley.

  5. Your tuna should still be raw at center.
