  1. 200 grms peanut butter
  2. 100 grms softened butter
  3. 100 grms sugar
  4. 50 grams cocoa powder
  5. 3 eggs
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 LEEs peanut butter frosting

  1. Heat oven to 150ºC (300ºF). Range bottom and sides of 20cm dessert pan, extend paper beyond sides regarding pan.

  2. Cream butter in addition to peanut butter into a bowl more than a pan of hot water, stir together until smooth. Cool slightly.

  3. Gradually include the sugar and eggs beating properly after each addition. Blend in vanilla and sift in the cocoa powdered. Mix well together.

  4. Pour into prepared dessert pan and bake for half an hour or even until done. Cool the cake.

  5. Frost together with desired icing. I used LEEs almond butter frosting.

  6. Serve, share… and enjoy their deliciousness.
