  1. 2 cup powdered sugar
  2. 2 to six tablespoons water or whole milk (depending on how heavy you desire it)
  3. 1/4 tsp almond or vanilla remove (I use extra)
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1 foods coloring (optional)

Recipes Cookie Icing

  1. Sift the powdered sugar and salt into a bowl.

  2. Add enough water/milk and the extract until the icing is your desired consistency.

  3. Divide into portions and add food colored as desired.

  4. *You can double or triple the recipe depending on how much icing you prefer. *

  5. **This can cover about 48 cookies at the most, depending on your cookie cutters. **
