  1. 4 thick cut pork chops
  2. you tbsp honey
  3. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  4. 5 sprigs fresh rosemary sliced
  5. 1/4 cup olive engine oil
  6. 3 clove garlic sliced
  7. 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  8. 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  9. 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
  10. 3/4 pot beer (I really get pleasure from a dark beer like Negra Modelo)

  1. whisk almost all ingredients together besides the particular chops and the ale

  2. put chops in a ziplock handbag and poor marinade more than the chops

  11. change the heat back in order to medium high and decrease beer within the pan straight down a little (you might add a little dijon and some more rosemary towards the beer sauce)

  12. reduce down in order to syrupy and thick

  13. pour over chops
