Recipes Low fat carrot bread

  1. 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  2. 2 large eggs
  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla
  4. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  5. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipes Low fat carrot bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.

  3. Mix moist ingredients and brown sugar in a second larger bowl.

  4. Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients. Stir until well mixed.

  5. Spoon and press into greased bread pan.

  6. Bake until firm. 45 minutes to 1 hour
