Recipes Marinated Sashimi on Rice

  1. rice (as much as you want)
  2. any sashimi (your favorite one-example, tuna, salmon) (cut into slices)
  3. MARINADE:
  4. 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  5. 2 Tbsp mirin
  6. 2 Tbsp sake
  7. TOPPING:
  8. to taste wasabi paste (as much as you want)
  9. to taste grated ginger (as much as you want)
  10. shiso leaves for topping

Recipes Marinated Sashimi on Rice

  1. To make the marinade, combine mirin and sake within a saucepan, provide for a simmer and then add soy spices, bring it to boil plus immediately turn off the warmth. Let it cool.

  2. Soak the seafood in the marinade for 15~20 mins.

  3. Arrange the rice inside a pan and place the shiso results in over the rice, top along with the marinated sashimi slices. Put the sauce over the grain and sashimi. Garnish with the particular wasabi paste and grated ginger.
