Recipes Baked Lamb Chops

  1. 4-6 Lamb Chops
  2. a couple of Yam or perhaps Sweet Potatoes
  3. 1 huge Onion
  4. just one head Garlic herb
  5. 1 Salt
  6. Marinade
  7. 1 cup Red Wine
  8. 2 tbsp Chopped or Dried up Rosemary
  9. three or more tbsp Olive Oil

Recipes Baked Lamb Chops

  1. Start by mixing all marinade components: wine, rosemary and 2 tbsp of olive oil, inside the baking dish. Preheat oven at 375? F or 180 C

  2. Add the light chops and let is rest for 1 to 2 hours. Or overnight in the fridge.

  3. Cut the onion in 4 to 6 slices

  4. Cut the potatoes in round slices.

  5. Peel the garlic head.

  6. Add the veggies in the baking dish together along with the marinated lamp chops. Leave the marinade sauce in. Add some salt, rosemary leaves and 1 tbsp olive oil on top.

  7. Protect the baking dish with foil.

  8. Bake it from 30 to 40 minutes at 375? F or 180 C, it depends on how big the chops are. Remember to remove the foil after the first twenty minutes.
