Recipes Flourless Peanut Butter Chip Cake

  1. 8 large eggs. separated
  2. 3/4 mug creamy peanut butter
  3. 2 tbsp sour cream
  4. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  5. one tsp vanilla extract
  6. one-half cup mini semi nice chocolate chips
  7. GARNISH TOPPINGS
  8. 1 recipe stabalized whipped cream, recipe attached below
  9. 1/4 mug dark chocolate shavings
  10. 0.25 cup chopped peanuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray some sort of 9 Inch cake pan with not for stick spray. Line a baking piece with foil. Place prepared baking griddle on foil lined sheet. pan. ( bake cake on this foil protected pan )

  2. In some sort of large bowl whip egg yolks, almond butter, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. until light and creamy about 3 or more to 5 minutes.

  3. Throughout another large bowl with dry nice and clean beaters beat egg whites until that they hold stiff peaks

  4. Fold egg whites in yolk/sugar mixture in 3 additions. Put together gently but thoroughly being careful definitely not to deflate. Pour into prepared griddle.

  5. Add chocolate chips to be able to the top. Some will sink half way while baking. Will not fold them in batter as they will just drain to the bottom when baking together with stick to the pan bottom.

  6. Bake about 30 minutes right up until toothpick just comes out clean. Carry out not overbake, but ensure center can be cooked

  7. Cool. in griddle on rack 30 minutes. Any little knife around edges to loosen. Then simply completely cool on rack or denture.

  8. Decoration with whipped cream, chocolate shavings together with peanuts.
