  1. crust
  2. 1 cup buttermilk sr corn meal mix
  3. 1 mug sr flour
  4. 1/4 tsp salt
  5. 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  6. 2 big eggs
  7. olive oil, extra virgin
  8. flour for kneading dough
  9. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  10. fifth layer
  11. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  12. meat 4th layer
  13. 1 lb meats
  14. 1/4 tsp salt
  15. one tsp caper
  16. 2 tbsp concorde grape jam
  17. one tbsp green olives minced
  18. 1/2 tsp granulated garlic clove powder
  19. 1 tbsp tomato paste
  20. 1/4 tsp floor cumin
  21. 1 tbsp dried out onions
  22. 3rd layer
  23. 15 oz can of black beans drained
  24. pinch salt
  25. 1 tbsp chives essential oil
  26. 2nd layer
  27. 2 mug Colby MontereyJack cheddar parmesan cheese shredded
  28. 1st layer optional
  29. 2/3 cup sour cream

  1. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit

  2. Mix the ingredients for crust except as needed flour and as needed olive oil. Mix well knead 2 minutes form a ball.

  3. Put oil and bread ball int a bowl coat ball with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap, and put in a warm place for an hour.

  4. In a pan brown your meat add onions and all the other meat ingredients

  5. Cook covered simmering for 7 minutes. Set aside.

  6. Cook your black beans add salt and chives oil, let thicken just a bit.

  7. Take dough knead 3 minutes. Roll out put in a deep dish pie pan 9 inch.

  8. Add parmesan cheese on crust then meat on top of that

  9. Add beans on meat. And cheese on top

  10. Bake in oven 30 minutes

  11. Add sour cream on top serve optional
