  1. 100 grms long or string coffee beans (yard/log bean), cut into 3 centimeter
  2. 1 bunch mustard produce, cut
  3. 2 eggplant, chopped up crosswise
  4. 3 pcs huge red chilli, sliced oblique
  5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  6. 3 bay leaves
  7. 2 1/2 cm piece galangal, crushed
  8. 250 milliliters water
  9. to taste Sugar and salt
  10. Oil for frying
  11. SURFACE SPICES
  12. 15 pcs capsicum pepper
  13. 5 hazelnuts
  14. 6 onions
  15. 4 cloves garlic

  1. Saute the seasoning mashed along with oil until fragrant, pour water plus let stand until boiling.

  2. Add the thread beans, eggplant and red pepper parts. Stir until wilted.

  3. Add the pepper natural powder, sugar and salt. Add mustard plus stir.

  4. Cook until done and serve.
