Recipes Boiled Potatoes Shaken (KENTANG ONGKLOK)

  1. 350 grams potatoes, boiled and peeled
  2. 2 eggs, boiled and peeled
  3. 1/2 tbsp instant coconut milk
  4. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 3 stalks celery, finely sliced
  6. Chili sauce ( if desired )
  7. to taste Salt and pepper

  1. Cut the potato into cube designs, add to a lidded bowl.

  2. Cut the egg whites to taste and mash the yolk, then add in bowl of potatoes.

  3. Stir-fry the instant coconut milk plus garlic until frothy and fragrant.

  4. Add coconut milk, celery, pepper and salt within potatoes. Cover the bowl, shake with regard to a while until all blended.

  5. Serve the dish accompanied with a tomato spices.
