Recipes Cold Pork Shabu-Shabu

  1. 250~300 gary pork (thinly cut up pork or beef for Shabu-Shabu)
  2. 2~3 eggplants (remove the set up, peel and wash, heated in some sort of microwave for 3~4 mins, let that cool, torn into pieces, sprinkled salt)
  3. 1/2 head lettuce(washed together with torn into pieces, let it cool)
  4. 2~3 sticks celery (blanched and soaked in cold water, tuckered out and let it cool)
  5. sauce for soaking meat: (mix throughout advance)
  6. *50 cc apple cider vinegar, sake
  7. *2 tbsp organic oil
  8. *1 tbsp sweets
  9. *1/2 tsp salt
  10. *1 tbsp grated onion
  11. *pepper (as much as you may want)
  12. 2 tbsp sake, a couple of tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar every 2000cc water for cooking meat

Recipes Cold Pork Shabu-Shabu

  1. Bring the water and sake, sodium, sugar to a boil in the pot, turn down heat, put 3~4 slices of meat and cook till the meat turns brown (about intended for 5~8 seconds). Put them up in order to a colander and drain. Repeat till the meats are finished cooking.

  2. Soak the meats in the particular sauce to be blended together. Allow them cool.

  3. Just prior to eating, arrange the meats and most vegetables within a plate. Dip them directly into your favorite sauce or dressing prior to eating.
