Recipes Beanless chili

  1. 2 1/2 lb pork cushion meat
  2. 1/2 cup celery
  3. 1 large bell pepper
  4. 1/4 cup dehydrated onion flakes
  5. 1/4 cup ground cumin
  6. 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  7. 15 1/2 diced tomatoes
  8. 15 1/2 oz tomato sauce
  9. 1 tsp salt
  10. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, more if you like
  11. 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  12. 1 tsp cilantro
  13. 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  14. 1 tsp turmeric
  15. 1 lb ground meat I used beef you can use your favorite
  16. 1/4 lb bulk sausage I used Odom’s Tennessee Pride
  17. 1 tbsp yellow prepared mustard
  18. 1 tbsp tomato paste

Recipes Beanless chili

  1. Cut the meat into cubes, bite sized pieces. Add in sausage and ground meat and fry in a pan with oil. Add cumin, garlic, turmeric, and salt.

  2. Add onions, celery, cilantro, and bell pepper let cook with meat. Add yellow mustard

  3. When meat is done add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes.

  4. Bring to boil, turn down to a simmer. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for an hour

  5. Taste, adjust seasoning to your taste. Add cheese to your bowl on top of your chili. Serve hope you enjoy!
