  1. 4 peaches
  2. 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 tbsp honey
  4. 1 whipped lotion or ricotta for garnish
  5. 1 olive oil

Recipes Grilled Peaches

  1. Combine balsamic vinegar and honey inside a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil

  2. Then simmer for some minutes until the combination reduces, becomes syrupy and thickens. Get off heat and put aside

  3. Wash the peaches, slice them in half and remove the stone

  4. Brush a grill pan with some olive oil and put over high heat. Add the peaches yellow side down and grill the part for 4-5 minutes. Grill only that side then leave to cool

  5. To serve, put some whipped cream or ricotta on the grilled side of the peach and drizzle the balsamic sauce over it
