Recipes Indonesian Corn Fritters (DADAR JAGUNG)

  1. 2 head corn, separated from typically the cob (1/4 mashed)
  2. 1 egg, beaten
  3. 100 gr flour
  4. 2 tbsp hemp flour
  5. 2 red chillis, thinly sliced
  6. 1 stalk scallions, thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1 tsp bouillon powder (flavor beef as well as chicken, according to taste)
  9. Enough water
  10. The engine oil for frying
  11. GROUND HERBS
  12. 5 shallots
  13. 3 cloves garlic
  14. 5 cayenne peppers
  15. 1/4 tsp pepper grains
  16. to taste Salt

Recipes Indonesian Corn Fritters (DADAR JAGUNG)

  1. Mix the corn with ground spices, flour, rice flour and egg. Add a little water and stir well.

  2. Add the red chilli, sliced scallions, coriander powder and bouillon powder. Stir again until well blended.

  3. Heat oil (use medium heat). Take 1 ladle of batter, fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain.

  4. Ready to be served as a side dish or snack to your beloved family.
