  1. 2 large aubergine

  12. 1 tbsp sweet basil dried
  13. one tsp entire leaf oregano
  14. 1 essential olive oil, extra virgin to prepare with
  15. 3/4 stick butter, salted
  16. sixteen oz ricotta cheese

  1. Peel the eggplant/ aubergine slice very finely.

  2. Add oil to griddle
