  1. 60 ml melted coconut oil
  2. 60 ml golden syrup
  3. 90 grams gluten-free rolled oats
  4. 70 grams instant oats – the Quaker OatSoSimple Apple

    1. Preheat the oven to gas four / 180C / 350F and collection a baking sheet with parchment papers

    2. Slightly warm the coconut oil and syrup together in the microwavable dish

    3. Add the dry ingredients and mix in so everything is coated inside the oil/syrup combination

    4. Right now add the pumpkin and apple purees and mix again nicely

    5. Roll into ping pong sized balls and flatten straight down on the baking sheet (these biscuits won’t spread)

    6. Bake for 20 – twenty five minutes (depends on how thin a person press them) then let cool upon the tray before storing in a good airtight container
