Recipes Marinated boquerones

  1. 1 kilo of boquerones (anchovies)
  2. a single cup vinegar
  3. 1/4 cup rock salt
  4. pieces of ginger
  5. 1/2 cup olive oil
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  7. 1/4 cup vinegar
  8. 2 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
  9. 1 tbsp whole black pepper corns
  10. chopped hot peppers

Recipes Marinated boquerones

  1. Clean species of fish and marinate overnight inside the vinegar, salt and turmeric mixture.

  2. The next morning discard the solution. Prepare all the additional ingredients through adding the species of fish.

  3. Mix properly and put in wine bottles. Leave refrigerated no less than a couple of weeks before serving.
