Recipes Sig’s No Bun Cheeseburger Bake

  1. 4 beefsteaks or about 500 gr best beef mince meat

  5. 250 grams of brown cepe mushrooms, pureed

  9. 100 grams gorgonzola or other blue cheese
  10. 1 fresh tomato
  11. 1 large shallot
  12. 4 slice of cheese to your liking, I used a salami shaped cheese, taste similar to a Swiss or Danish cheese

  1. Preheat oven to about 180C

  2. Mix the chilli flakes, killed peppercorn, parsley, egg, soaked bread, 50 % the pureed mushrooms and half involving the gorgonzola (crumbled) adding salt to be able to taste, well..
