  1. one tsp unflavored gelatin
  2. 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  3. one cup frozen raspberries, thawed and pureed
  4. eight packets sweetener (Grandma used Equal)
  5. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipes Blondie’s Grandma’s Low Cal Raspberry Spread

  1. Soften gelatin in apple juice in a small saucepan.

  2. Place over medium low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves and mixture simmers.

  3. Remove from heat and stir into pureed berries.

  4. Stir in sweetener and cinnamon.

  5. Pour right into a half pint jar, cap, and refrigerate until firm.

  6. *This recipe makes about 1 cup of spread. *
