  1. STIR FRY CARROT AND LEEK WITH WINGS

  6. 3 tbsp oil
  7. 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  8. POUNDED PASTE
  9. 4 clove garlic
  10. 4 small shallot
  11. 1 For the FRIED VERMICELLI
  12. (ANOTHER SERVE OPTION)
  13. 100 grams vermicelli
  14. 3 cup stock
  15. 1 dash salt
  16. 1 cup fresh coriander leaf for garnish
