  3. 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract ( I use extra )

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.

  2. Grease 2 baking sheets well.

  3. Combine coconut, chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls, about 1 inch apart, onto baking sheets.

  6. Bake just until firm and tips of coconut have started to brown, about 10 minutes.

  7. Remove to cooling rack immediately.
