  1. 1 lb Brussels Sprouts
  2. 1 lb Broccoli florets
  3. 1/2 each onion
  4. 3 tbsp bacon grease
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. 1 tsp paprika
  7. 3/4 tsp kosher salt
  8. 1 tsp garlic powder

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Cut off the brown ends regarding the Brussels sprouts and pull away from any brown leaves. Cut off florets from stalk, but keep size the particular same as the sprouts. Cut red onion into medium size chunks.

  3. Mix all veggies in a dish with the bacon grease, and seasonings.

  4. Spread them out about sheet pan and roast for 35 minutes, until crisp on the exterior and tender on the inside. Move the pan from time to period to brown the sprouts evenly and serve immediately.
