Recipes Cava and strawberry sorbet

  1. 750 g lemon ice cream
  2. 200 g strawberries (you can use tinned ones if fresh ones aren’t available)
  3. 300 ml cava (or champagne)
  4. ice cream wafers (optional)

  1. Mash the strawberries and mix together with 100ml of the cava

  2. Mix the lemon ice cream together with the rest of the cava (remove the ice cream from the fridge 15 mins before you do this)

  3. Return the mixed glaciers cream and cava to the family fridge

  4. Place 1 dessert tea spoon of the mashed strawberries and cueva mix into the champagne glasses adopted by 2 balls of the glaciers cream and cava mix on the top

  5. Decorate with small your favorite ice cream wafers before serving (optional)
