  1. 240 grams gluten-free dried spaghetti
  2. 4 tbsp olive oil plus extra to dress
  3. 300 grams broccoli cut into small florets
  4. 1 large onion, chopped
  5. 1 head garlic, cloves finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp low-sodium salt
  7. 400 grams can of chickpeas, drained
  8. 150 grams canned sweetcorn, drained
  9. chilli flakes

  1. Start cooking the pasta in grilling, salted water according to the package instructions

  2. Heat the engine oil in a frying pan over some sort of medium heat and fry the red onion, garlic and broccoli until almost melted, around 5 minutes
