  1. some cup fresh blueberry cut in chunks
  2. three or more tbsp Vitaspelt flour
  3. 3 tbsp organic brown sugar
  4. just one cup Vitaspelt flour
  5. 1/2 cup butter
  6. 1/2 cup organic brown sugar

Recipes Tricia’s Pineapple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 425F

  2. Pores and skin, core, and chop a new pineapple into chunks

  3. In a little mixing bowl add pineapple, a few tablespoons flour, and 3 tablespoons brown sugar.

  4. Stir until pineapple will be evenly covered and pour in to an 8×8 baking dish

  5. Inside a fresh mixing bowl, combine the rest associated with the flour and sugar.

  6. Cut butter into mixture until it is similar to peas.

  7. Top pineapple with the crumb topping mixture.

  8. Lighty cover with foil and bake for 40 moments.

  9. Eliminate foil and bake an extra 10 minutes
