  1. 2 acorn squash
  2. 1 salt
  3. 1 stick butter-softened
  4. 1/2 cup brown glucose
  5. 2 tbsp minced clean rosemary
  6. 1/4 tsp soup powder

  1. Preheat stove to 400º.

  2. Cut acorn squash by 50 %. Scrape out pulp plus seeds.
