Recipes Sherry & Basil Chicken

  1. 2 poultry breasts
  2. 0.5 cup sherry
  3. 3/4 ounce basil; minced, few leaves saved in order to chiffonade for garnish
  4. 1/2 cup honey
  5. 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  6. 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
  7. 1 tsp rosemary; minced
  8. 1/2 tsp thyme
  9. 0.5 tsp onion powder
  10. 0.5 tsp garlic clove powder
  11. one olive essential oil; as needed
  12. 1 pinch salt and pepper

Recipes Sherry & Basil Chicken

  1. Marinate chicken in sherry for 4-48 hours, at least overnight.

  2. Combine sherry vinegar, dijon, basil, in addition to honey in a large mixing dish. Whisk together. Add a pinch regarding salt and pepper.

  3. Terry dry. Coat chicken with enough olive oil to cover. Season with dried seasonings. Bake at 300° for about one hours or until thermometer reaches 165°

  4. Serve with sauce and tulsi garnish
