  1. 1/2 kg cassava, finely grated
  2. eight shallots, thinly sliced plus fried
  3. 2 eggs
  4. sixty-five gr butter
  5. 325 gr sugar (to taste)
  6. three hundred and fifty ml thick coconut dairy
  7. 3/4 tsp vanilla natural powder
  8. 300 ml water
  9. in order to taste Salt

  1. Beat the eggs, then add coconut milk and vanilla powder. Mix effectively and set aside.

  2. Take the water and glucose to a boil, add the spread and cook until melted.

  3. Pour boiling normal water into grated cassava, and stir right up until slightly thickened.

  4. Once the dough is quite cool, add the coconut milk-egg mix and stir until blended.

  5. Pour in typically the box pan (a non-stick frying baking pan is versatile) and sprinkle with toast shallots on it.

  6. Cook for thirty minutes above low/medium heat, then flip to typically the other side and cook for 12-15 minutes.

  7. Ready to be served along using coffee, or other snack.
