Recipes Fist-shaped Rice Cake (POHUL-POHUL)

  1. 450 gr rice flour
  2. 150 gr glutinous rice flour
  3. a hundred twenty five gr brown sweets, finely chop
  4. 1 tbsp sugar (adjust sugariness )
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  6. a single tsp salt
  7. 3 pandan finds (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb. ), trim to taste
  8. Water

  1. Mix the rice flour, glutinous hemp flour, sugar, vanilla powder and sodium.

  2. Squeeze in a little water to make it less complicated to make a fist and pick up the dough. Then add the brown-sugar and lump in the middle rapid using your fist to pack right up until solid.

  3. Put pandan leaves in the bottom level of the steamer, then place pohul – pohul on top.

  4. After pohul-pohul baked (± 20 minutes), it is all set to be enjoyed with family.
