Recipes Peaches in cava

  1. 4 peaches (you can also make use of high quality tinned peaches)
  2. 1/2 bottle of medium dry cava
  3. 3 or more cloves []
  4. 4 tsp brown glucose
  5. 1 stick cinnamon

Recipes Peaches in cava

  1. If using fresh peaches place in a bowl of boiled water to get a few minutes in order to be able to remove their skin (if using tinned peaches miss out this stage)

  2. Put the peaches, cinnamon keep, cloves, sugar and the cava in a serving dish

  3. Spot in a microwave oven on top for 5 minutes – remove halfway by and move the mixture around ahead of returning to the microwave

  4. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves and set a side to nice before placing in the family fridge

  5. Serve cold with fresh ointment
