  1. 115 grams margarine
  2. 130 ml sunflower oil
  3. 100 grams castor sugar
  4. 200 grams soft brown sugar
  5. 3 eggs, beaten
  6. 2 tsp baking powder
  7. 130 ml milk or soya milk
  8. 350 grams plain flour
  9. 4 tbsp quality cocoa
  10. 2 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  11. 450 grams zucchini/courgettes, peeled and grated
  12. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  13. 225 grams plain chocolate dots

  1. Preheat oven to 190C/375 F/Gas5. Collection 23cmx33cm baking tin with non-stick cooking paper.

  2. Cream margarine, essential oil and sugars together until fluffy, defeat in eggs and milk
