Recipes Italian Beef Enchiladas

  1. 1 tortilla
  2. 3 oz ground beef
  3. 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  4. 1/4 cup onion
  5. 1/4 cup mozzerella cheese
  6. 1/8 cup mushroom
  7. 2 oz cream cheese
  8. 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  9. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1/2 tsp basil
  11. 1/4 tsp thyme
  12. 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  13. 1/8 tsp salt

Recipes Italian Beef Enchiladas

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place mushrooms and onion in skillet on medium-high heat with 1 tsp butter and sautée for 3-4 moments.

  3. Combine sautée with floor beef and brown. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, basil, plus thyme. Mix.

  4. Add 0.5 of the tomato sauce and 2 tsp parmesan cheese to ground beef and combine.

  5. Spread cream cheese over middle of tortilla covering. Cover with ground beef mix. Cover with ends tucked in.

  6. Spray/butter inside of baking pan, plus place enchilada inside. Cover with remaining tomato sauce, tsp parmesan cheese, plus mozzerella cheese.

  7. Cover along with aluminum foil, and bake for twenty minutes.
