  1. 275 grms spinach, pull leaves
  2. 2 hundred gr papaya, cut lengthwise

  6. 4 bay leaves

  13. GROUND SPICES
  14. 7 pcs shallot
  15. 3 cloves garlic
  16. 1/2 tsp coriander
  17. 1 thumb kencur

  1. Cook normal water, ground spices, bay foliage, lemongrass and ginger into a boil until the scent is fragrant.
