Recipes Yum Jin Gai / Spicy Chicken soup

  1. 1 whole chicken, or legs, chest
  2. 2 liter water
  3. two lemongrass stalks
  4. 5 kaffir lime leaves
  5. 2 onion
  6. 1 galangal, 1 inch
  7. 1 head turmeric
  8. 2 tbsp prik larb muang, see in my formula
  9. 2 tbsp fishsauce
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1 collection each spring onion, coriander, mints

Recipes Yum Jin Gai / Spicy Chicken soup

  1. Boil water, add salt, crushed lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric, chicken breast, onion, coriander roots, simmer until chicken breast tender, fall apart, apprimately 45 a few minutes, take all out from the weed, left only soup

  2. Rip or chop chicken into pieces, include back to clear soup pot, allow it simmering

  3. Stir prik larb with a very hot soup, add to soup pot, include fish sauce, cook 5 more a few minutes

  4. Slice coriander, mints, spring onion, add in order to soup, heat off and serve warm with sticky rice.. it s well-known northern thai dish, my favorite in addition to want to write inside my recipes: ))
