  1. 1 mug leftover cooked grits
  2. one-half cup ricotta or paneer cheese
  3. 1/4 cup grated romano parmesan cheese
  4. 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  5. 2/3 cup milk
  6. 1 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
  7. 1 olive oil, extra virgin to smolder with

Recipes Fried cheese grits

  1. Mash all the grits to get lumps out add parmesan cheese milk and mix well.

  2. Add ricotta or paneer cheese and cayenne pepper

  3. Add breadcrumbs mix well form into patties let sit a bit

  4. Heat oil pan fry little bits will come off as you fry and turn delicately I didn’t want to add an egg to help bind it but you can if you like
