Recipes Seafood Kimchi Soup

  1. 2 cup kimchi
  2. 2 cup seafood stock or any stock
  3. 3 clove dice garlic
  4. 2 tbsp vegetable oil or sesame oil
  5. SEAFOOD OPTION
  6. 3 cup mix baby scallop, clams, mussel, squid and shrimp
  7. GARNISH OPTION
  8. 1 cup spring onion or scallion
  9. 4 small bird eye chilli or red chili pepper
  10. 2 clove dice garlic
  11. SPICY PASTE OPTION 01
  12. 2 tbsp korean red pepper paste with 1 tsp of korean red chili pepper
  13. SPICY PASTE OPTION 2
  14. 1 tbsp peri chili sauce
  15. 1/2 tsp fine chili pepper
  16. 1 cube of chinese red fermented bean curd

Recipes Seafood Kimchi Soup

  1. With oil Saute garlic with kimchi for 2 minute then add mix seafood

  2. Add stock and bringbit to a boil with lid cover

  3. Add spicy paste and mix well and let it simmer for another 5 minute

  4. Off heat and top with garnish and serve immediately
