  1. 150 grms confectioners sugar
  2. 100 grms softened butter
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 200 grams raw grated almonds
  5. all-purpose flour

Recipes Almond cake

  1. Print a Saint James cross and if possible, plastify it.

  2. Mix the butter and 100gr. of confectioners sugar until fluffy and pale yellow. Pre-heat iven to 180C.

  3. Add the eggs one by one and once integrated add the almonds.

  4. Rub some butter on the mold and then dust some flour and put the batter in.

  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Once cold put the cross in the middle and using a sieve sprinkle the rest of the sugar. Once covered carefully remove the Cross.
