  1. Add the chicken to a dish and measure how much milk a person need to cover it completely. Regarding every 230ml of milk, add just one tbsp vinegar

  2. Pour a new slug of worcestershire sauce to the dish of ‘buttermilk’ and let the chicken breast pieces sit in it for from least 3 hours in the family fridge, overnight is even better

  3. Mix all the particular other dry ingredients into the flour. I use a large tupperware pot with a good fitting lid in addition to shake everything together. Let it stay until the chicken has finished placing to let the flavours decide to use the particular flour

  4. Heat oil found in a frying pan to 180C and 350°F and preheat oven to similar temp, gas 4 / 180C and 350°F

  5. Drain the buttermilk and discard, then toss the chicken breast pieces one at a time inside your box of seasoned flour

  6. Shallow fry each piece regarding 2 minutes each side, then drop again in the flour and smolder again 2 mins each side just before placing on a wire rack inside an oven tray

  7. Make for 20 – half an hour or till a skewer inserted to the thickest portion shows clear juices inside. The wings will cook more quickly compared to relax of the pieces so check all of them after 20 minutes

  8. Assist with finger food sides such like chips/fries, corn on the cob, loaf of bread
