  1. 2 clove garlic, sliced thinly
  2. 2 tbsp olive or vegetal oil
  3. 8 glass left-over bright rice
  4. just one salt to be able to taste

  1. Fry garlic clove until slightly brown. Include cooked rice and smolder for 5 minutes. Place salt and mix completely. Fry for another 5 moments over low-medium heat.

  2. Serve with fried dried out fish or fried ovum. Share and enjoy!
