  1. 125 ml fresh milk
  2. 125 ml yogurt (bianco naturale) whitened ones
  3. eighty grams butter softened
  4. one large egg cell
  5. 120 grms prosciutto cotto (ham), chopped finely
  6. 120 grams grated parmesan parmesan cheese
  7. 1 small onion, finely sliced
  8. a hundred and twenty grams zucchini, chopped in small cubes
  9. 300 grms sifted cooking flour
  10. one tsp salt, or according to flavor

  1. Heat the oven to 200ºC. Blend milk and yogurt together in a new small bowl and set aside. Location muffin cases in 12 holes regarding a muffin tin.

  2. Beat the butter together with egg and milk-yogurt mixture within a blending bowl. Add the prosciutto, cheese, red onion, and zucchini and mix well. Mix in the flour and salt till blended.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the boule cases and bake for about 25-30 minutes until well risen, golden in addition to firm to touch.

  4. Cool within the tin regarding a few minutes, at least a few minutes, then place on a cable rack to cool completely. Serve the particular muffins warm.
